Well, I'm not new to Cathe (I have 95% of her workouts), but its been awhile since I've been on the website. I haven't worked out for about a year. I had a schedule planned to start getting back into my Cathe videos. I knew the new series was about to arrive at my doorstep. Well, the day those videos arrive is the day I find out I'm pregnant! So, I still want to get back into a workout regimen and try to keep handle on my weight gain. My first child was born in 1991 (I was 21) and I gained 65 pounds!!! I'm now 36 years old and I unexpectedly found myself in this situation. Baby's daddy and I are very happy. I read the sticky about the book "Fit to Deliver" so I've already ordered that. Any advice for someone who has been off 1 year from Cathe and wants to get back in without too much stress. I'm very early, only about 5 weeks. I figure I can go for the low impact without letting myself get too out of breath.

Anyway, I'm excited and wanted to try to get in touch with you all on this forum. Thanks!!!

Congrats! I would start off with some of her easier workouts such as low impact step . If you don't have any of her lower impact ones, just do your regular workouts, but modify if you need to. Being pregnant, you may fatigue quickly, especially since you took a break from exercise. Post on the moms to be check in, its a great support.
