Greetings!
I am new to this website and program. I would like some recommendations to which video or videos to start out with...I do have some merchandise from the Firm and would like to use that step to save some money...I have plenty of free weights and I'm interested in the hand weights and weighted vest for walking but I am worried about the impact it could have on knees.
I am a bartender so I am on my feet all day...but I am hoping to get the killer body shape back
Advice please on how to get going!
