Hi Cathie,

I am new to this forum and wondered which of your dvds would be good for a beginner. My goal is to build and promote a healthy heart,obtain flexibility,lose weight and increase strength and body definition.

There are two beginner/intermediate DVD's: Basic Step and Body Fusion and Low Impact Step. The Basic Step and Body Fusion will give you more bang for your buck because you get a step workout, circuit workout, and seperate upper and lower body. Also, you might check out the rotation forum and look at her intermediate rotation for more DVD ideas. Also, welcome :)
