Hello Everyone:)
I recently bought Cathy's beg. workout and loved it soooo much. She is such an encouraging instructor. After the workout I felt so confident that I moved on to Body Fusion but for sure I need to practice more :D

I'm really into kickboxing so I ordered the CT seriers and I am looking forward to that. I also ordered the Intensity Series I. I know it's a bit advance but I am determined :7

Where can I find a rotation workout for the CT and Intensity series?

Thanks

Miosy

I don't know about the rotation Miosy, but I had to say hi from another newbie! I just started this past week--isn't she GREAT?! I did Kick, Punch, & Crunch this morning.....what a fun workout!!

Hi Miosy,

Just wanted to say Welcome to Cathe! You're going to love it here!

I'm sorry, but you've got me stumped with CT series?? Can't figure out what you mean. Probably a mental block!;-)

Have fun,
Ruth:)

Hi Miosy & Jill! WELCOME! (Ruth, I am assuming she means CTX Series.) Let me do a search and see what I find. I'll be baaaack! Miosy, you will LOVE "I" Series! If you have to modify, that's okay. She'll just wait for you to catch up! :7

Here is a post from Cathe when the "I" Series first came out:

We think you are really going to love the new Intensity Series. It can be used as a "shock your system" rotation in its entirety or you may insert any of the workouts to accomodate your current fitness rotations/workouts. There are no rules to these workouts, simply use them as another way to shake up your workouts. As all of us already know, the body needs recovery time as well as light and hard day workouts. With that in mind, this series expresses different levels of intensity.
Also, we should always listen to our bodies on a daily basis so feel free to alter the workouts as you see fit by modifying to lighter weights on days your body needs it or even increasing your weights on days your body is feeling strong.
So as you see, there are endless ways to keep your fitness workouts refreshing and inspiring.....ENJOY!!!!

PS....For starters, I will share a couple of ways to enjoy the Intensity series. How long you stay on any of these rotations is totally based on how your body is responding. If it feels good continue, if you feel pretty tired and sore, modify the intensity within each workout to fit your needs, if you feel flat out exhausted and ultra sore, alternate it with some less intense workouts.

ADVANCED Total Overall Body Blast Workout:

Mon: Boot Camp
Tues: off
Wed: Muscle Endurance
Thurs: Imax2
Fri: Cardio and Weights
Sat: Pyramid Lower Body with the first 5 intervals of Imax 2
Sun: Pyramid Upper Body

ADVANCED Total Body Conditioning with more focus on Heavy Weight Training

Mon: Pyramid Lower Body
Tues: Pyramid Upper Body
Wed: Imax 2
Thurs: off
Fri: Cardio and Weights
Sat: Pyramid Lower Body with the first 5 intervals of IMAX 2
Sun: Pyramid Upper Body

Advanced Total Body Conditioning with more focus on Muscular Endurance

Mon: Imax 2
Tues: Cardio and Weights
Wed: Muscle Endurance
Thurs: off
Friday: Circuit Max
Sat: A lower intensity cardio of your choice
Sun: Muscle Endurance

Here is a Rotation I found that was combined with other series. I copied and pasted just the CTX Series:

Weeks 10-12
CTX + some other tapes

Be sure to lighten your weights, using higher reps!!!

Week 10
Sun-Off
Mon-Step and Intervals + All Step
T-Power Circuit
W-10-10-10
T-Circuit Max
F-Leaner Legs
S-KickBox

Week 11
Sun-Off
Mon-Power Circuit
Tuesday-10-10-10 + Kickbox
W-Step & Intervals
T-Leaner Legs
F-All Step
S-Body Max

Week 12
S-Off
M-Kickbox
T-Power Circuit
W-All Step + Step and Intervals
T-10-10-10
F-Leaner Legs
S-IMAX

I am having a hard time finding a true CTX Rotation but CTX is a rotation in and of itself. Just use one tape a day keeping a day in between Leaner Legs and Power Circuit.

Here is a link to a lot of different rotations you might be interested in the future once you have added more tapes to your workout library. GOOD LUCK!
