Good morning everybody:

I'm up and already at work at 6:30am. It's a teacher workshop day, so no kids, but the staff is working. I figure it's a good day for me to take some comp. time and leave early. }(

I'm starting a walking club here at work in a few weeks (once I get all my information together) and I'm really excited. I've gotten a great response from the employees.

Sounds like you had a early morning.I could barely peel my eyes open at 8.But there are mornings when I am at work 6:30 as well....like tomorrow;( I am having a harder time getting up b/c it is so dark out! In the summer it wasn't to bad b/c it was warm and the sun was shining.Now,its dark,cold and wet most mornings.
I am an Aunt again today.My SIL just had her second baby.Another girl.We new that.They live in another province so we may not get to see her until christmas time.We may decide to go up though.It helps when you work with an Airline.:) Its just getting the time off to go.
I didn't workout yesterday.I started cleaning the house and I painted one of the bedrooms.That was enough workout in itself.I think my eating was o.k yesterday.I was so busy that I am not sure if I ate much.
Today I am going for a run and I may do weights tonight.We will see how I feel.

Again....where is the founder of this thread? Fitsabina....she hasn't checked in yet, or am I just overlooking it?
 
Good Morning.....my eating was on Core all weekend. I did miss my workouts Friday and yesterday, but I really was not feeling too hot. I am going to do a circuit type today, I might do the ME/BC Combo. Hope everyone's weekend was good.

Hi there. I'm soooo proud.......I stuck to core all weekend. Grant it, I didn't really start til Friday, and my weigh in is tonight. I will post back tonight and let you know how I did!

Good Luck with your weigh in tonight.I don't think I would want to weigh in in the night time.But I guess it would be even harder to make a weightloss group meeting in the A.M:)
I went for a run today.Eating was so-so.Did a little bit of christmas shopping,then I took a nap.DH and I are going to go get a coffee now.

Hey there. OMG.........you will NEVER believe this. First off, I'm an extremely slow loser and have FINALLY started accepting this. Well, we go to WW tonight, and somehow I managed to lose 5 FIVE pounds, and didn't officially start the program (Core) til Friday. How in the world I ever did that, one will never know!! I did get a 5 lb. star!!! I am hoping to get in some sort of workout tonight. Even if it is something like taebo.

This is awesome Kim! My weigh in is tomorrow, hope it looks as good! Want to workout tonight, but had a REALLY long day (7:30-7:30). I'm going to evaluate how I feel at 8:30 and decide. If not, I'll get up early tomorrow and do it (either way my weighin goes will be motivating!)

Seems like our group is getting a bit smaller - hope everyone will hand in there!
 
Kim, congrats on your weigh in. That is awesome.

Congrats to everybody that has been staying on Core and eating right, that is 90% of the battle.

I have been good today after a terrible 3 days of eating everything in sight. I don't know if I told but I switched my plan to flex. I am pretty much eating lean and having core foods,(excpet for this weekend) but I like to have a little more flexibility. I stayed on points today, did slow and heavy chest and triceps, some abs, and went for a run. I also drank my water today.

I am glad to be back on track. My weigh in day is on Thursday and if I can just maintain I will be thrilled.
