I sure hope nobody is upset that I started a new thread for our group. It was so darn long I figured nobody would mind. :)

I taught step aerobics last night and worked those girls hard. I had a full class and it was great! It was funny, though, after doing a routine on the step I had one lady ask me "Where did you come up with that routine-it was fun!" and, of course, my answer was - CATHE!!! I had to modify it and shorten it up, but it was fun and different that the usual stuff.

I'm on CORE and doing really well so far this week. BUT, the weekend is always the worst for me. I have a 40th birthday party to go to at our bar and that will be a test. BUT, I'm feeling so good with keeping up with exercise and eating right that I'm hoping that the motivation sticks with me through tonight. If I make it through tonight I know that will be a HUGE boost for me. Oh, I did save all my flex points (35) for the weekend so I should be fine.

Hi Marcia! I'm sure you will do great. You said you saved those points...........

I posted in the extra long thread earlier this morning that my sister and I joined WW on Monday, and I only went grocery shopping last night, so officially starting today!! I know I probably won't have a loss come Monday, but at least I'm on the right track!!

Have fun at your party and let us know how you do! What day is your weigh in?

My weigh-in is on Tuesdays.

It doesn't matter when you start as long as you start! :) WW is a great program and I was 4 pounds to goal a few years ago and blew it! I've been dealing with that disappointment and finally have just let it go and am really working hard this time to change my lifestyle.

Good luck Kim. I'm glad to meet you and I'm sure you will do good. Grocery shopping was your first good step so that you have those good things to eat at home and not the old stand by "bad" things.

Hi everyone! Hope all the people recognize this as a new thread!

Great day - went out to On the Border Tonight and didn't feel bitter about ordering something semi (and I stress semi) healthy! Also got a margarita, but kept it at just one. I love their margaritas, so this is good for me. Hope everyone else is doing well! Hoping to do pyramid legs tomorrow (this is the only IS series workout I haven't done - think I must be scared!) and probably step works or if I'm really ambitious, MIC. Yikes! MIC and Pyramid Legs? Am I crazy?

Jeans fitting better today. Please let that mean a good weigh in on Tuesday!
 
I'm wore out listening to your workout regimen for the day!! lol. You go girl!! I can't wait til I work myself back up to Cathe. I'm trying to do everything "smart" this time around, and not do too much too soon.

Well, I got MIC accomplished. Don't know if legs will ultimately get done. But i have to say, I think doing the Imaxes twice a week is really helping my cardiovascular fitness! MIC was actually a lot easier than last time I did it! I NEVER thought I'd be saying that!!!

Eating going ok. NEVER DO MIC AFTER COFFEE THOUGH! I did this morning and was suffering from some very strange sensations throughout and ever since!
 
Hi Guys.....Today I did TS #5, the leg workout, and TS#1 cardio. It probably equaled close to an hour. i was in a time pinch today, so I did the best I could. I think I still have 28 or 26 Flex Ponts left, and tonight is my WW's MooseTracks night. So, I am going to enjoy a nice, big bowl. This is my weekly treat!!!! Take care.

I had a not so good today on WW. Ate some brownies and a ton a spaghetti.

Did KPC yesterday, today is IMAX 2.

Don't worry Lori, I screwed up too. Sat here & ate 4 pieces of bread! I was starving, which just shows again what happens when you let yourself get hungry. Oh well, tomorrow IS another day...;-)

Today I did S&H L&S with one extra set. Woohoo! Then I did Charlene's looong step tape, the name escapes me.

Me too Lori and Ruth. Weekends are going to be tough! Managed to get out of a party that probably really would have been bad, but went out to eat Thai. Actually did well in the restaurant - listening to hunger and fullness, leaving a lot of my entree on the plate (after appetizers). But later that night, a little hungry, leftovers calling, too much to do today and a little stressed. Ate some of them, and a little snow cream. Not a terrible day and still have flex points and activity points, but after having mastered the restaurant, I was a little disappointed.

But, on a brighter note, I am really liking WW! For some reason I feel like I have to be more accountable than if I was tracking on my own. Also even more motivated to exercise. After last week, though, I'm a little scared of weigh in Tuesday, but I know my eating has been better overall than it was the week before!

Who's working out today and what are you planning?
 
Well, I didn't do tooooo bad my real first day on core. I feel I ate more often, but I was getting a little hungry, and even had a shredded wheat biscuit with half a banana before bed. I tried talking myself out of it, but I was a tad hungry and knew if i didn't I would wake in the middle of the night ravenous. I did not exercise, so I am definitely going to get that in today. Tomorrow is my weigh in, and though I didn't really start til Friday, I am little sad about the weigh in, but will just tell myself that next week is going to be a whole lot better!! I'm really feeling good about this.
