New Years 2 Month Challenge

Good morning!! Well, I need to hide my head in the sand.......I did horribly yesterday. I'm sooooo upset with myself, but instead of beating myself up further, I decided that today is a new day and I'm going to make it through......one day at a time, as my motto says. I am going to stay on program today and then tomorrow when I wake I will do it again for another day.

I do have a question, and I will probably post that as a separate question on the boards. I cannot tolerate fat free margarine at all. I've been using I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Fat Free, but it is so nasty to me. I love the light, but fat free makes me want to hurl. Have any of you ever found a fat free butter spread that is tolerable to the palate? If so, please share!! I just don't want to use my 35 flex points on light if I don't have to.

I'm with you on yesterday. The really sad part is that I did awesome til midnight, my boyfriend got home from being out and was eating junk and I caved. Should have gone to bed. I only have 8 flex points left for the next 4 days - really disappointed that I used them so quickly. But, like you, I'm going to see today as a new day and am challenging myself to rack up as many exercise points as I can before everything resets on Wednesday. Today I'm hoping to do MIC or Imax 2

I have a question, though, for everyone. On the WW website, it says that an hour of step aerobics has more point value than an hour of high intensity aerobics. I just don't think that's true! Do you count most of Cathe's vids as step videos?

I was so bored b/c I haven't had a computer since Wed! WE were getting alot of pop-ups on our computer so something had to be fixed.Then DH took his laptop when he left Thursday morning.
Eating as been pretty good for me.My tummy feels flatter then normal so thats a plus.
Yesterday I did SS and a 30 min interval run (in the a.m)Then around 6 I went for another run but it was a longer run.I wasn't really doing it for myself but for the dog.I was going away so I wanted to beat him out a little bit.
I flew to my SIL house today to check out the new baby.She is so tiny and cute.I think she acts up a little in the night time.
I brought my sneakers so I could get a couple of runs in while I am here but it is snowing here.This town is very farm like.So there aren't any sidewalks.We will see what is on the ground tomorrow.

Hi all,
I did terrible today and yesterday!! I was doing so well!

Well it is just 2 days. I will get back on starting right after I have a tiny sliver of hubbies birthday cake. Today is his birthday.

I didn't work out yesterday either.

Well like I said, tomorrow is another day.
