New workouts-help for the time limited?

Thanks so much for the new workouts. I think your workouts are simply one of the best things in life!

Anyway, I was wondering if you could suggest a rotation suited to one hour a day, 6 days a week. The limit to one hour is driven by other commitments. I am also used to doing cardio separate to weights so some ideas on how to incorporate circuit training would be appreciated also.
