I love doing Cathe workouts. I have had two kids and finally am on the road back to my old body (still have a ways to go). However, we are thinking about adding to the family in the next year or so. All this to say, my suggestion is a pregnancy and post-pregnancy workout DVD. All of the ones that are out there are SO benign. I want to stay fit during my next pregnancy and not gain the 55 pounds I did per my past two. But I am unsure how to safely incorporate weight training and cardio during that time. Please, please, please consider it.
