Hi, Cathe,

I am very excited with new series. I can no longer doing steps anymore because of my knees. I am actually glad you don't have steps in the new series. Could you let me know how long is program in each DVD?

" The target time for the main workouts is around 40 to 45 minutes each, but exact times won't be known until filming and editing is complete. Low Impact Sweat has two workouts and they will be around 30 mins each."
