New videos, some questions

Hi Cathe! I'm going to order your new videos today and I just wanted to make sure that if I order the 6 day series where I do one body part a day/week - is that enough for your body parts, being only executed once a week? Will it still offer great results? Thanks in advance Cathe and of course, thanks for the new videos!

Someone had asked this recently and someone pointed out that each body part is essentially the same amount of time that is spent on each body part in the PS series, with the exception of more ab work. Cathe had mentioned that she came up with the idea getting back into the swing of things after having her baby and found it to be effective. So...I guess it is supposed to be effective without any extras...I'm sure that Cathe will be giving out more juicy tidbits about the videos.

Clarify please

Do you mean that doing one body part a week, once a week like in the PS series is enough? Meaning that that was the method with the PS series and it was effective? I did each body part twice to three times a week (legs) and I just wanted to make sure that it will be just as effective only doing it once a week... thanks in advance!
 
works for me!

I've been doing the PS series just once a week using the heaviest weights I can safely lift and it's been as effective (for me) as doing weight training 2-3 times per week. BUT, everyone's different-I muscle up quite quickly! Who knows what the crosstraining series will bring!
