New Video Series, New Goals and New Challenges

Hello Cathe, Crew, and Friends.
Since receiving the new video series this week, I am already seeing an improvement in all areas of my body. Prior to the arrival, I got prepared by doing other Cathe workouts like Low Max, Muscle Max,and Step, Punch & Jump. I love LIC and B&G!!
Also, I've noticed that once you start with Cathe, it's hard to go to anyone else to keep up the same motivation and to see the same improvements.
My goal is to do successfully Boot Camp, Step Blast,BMX2, and Drill Max if not by year end by Valentines Day. Plus, reduce stress and drop a size or two in clothing. And, to break throught the plateaus to continually improve my overall fitness levels.

JT, you will be able to do all that you hope and more if you remain consistent. So glad to know that you are seeing changes already with Cathe's new workouts. I have ordered them and can't wait to do them. I love ALL of Cathe's workouts and I agree with you, that once you start with her, it's hard to go back to any other instructor! She is the truth!!!!
 
I'm glad you posted this b/c I did the same thing: tried to get in shape for the new dvds before they came. And, also, I see results in inches already. I've had them for two weeks. I've been doing them faithfully with a few rests days here and there. All my clothes are looser and I'm feeling really proud of myself for pushing through certain areas to increase my endurance and strength. I still do it all on 6 in step and still get winded alot. But, am not giving up. Cathe and the Crew are my goals; not in muscle definition, just in endurance.
 
Some good news: Boot Camp is not a breeze but alot easier these days, I did this AM and thought I REALLY can do this. BMX2 was easier for me than Drill Max. Now, watch out Step Blast!! The new series mixed with Hardcore has improved my performace with the Intensity series, does that make sense?
Think positive, and as Cathe says," don't fear challenges, embrace them."
