New Turbo Jam Workouts

I've been reading on other forums that these workouts are the best of the Turbo Jam bunch. Has anyone tried them yet? What did you think? Thanks.

Hi

I've tried both of them and I think they are very good. I like it that they are not 100% "high voltage" if you know what I mean. It seems like in her other ones there's no time to catch your breath. These are cardio and weight intervals and you have time between.

I think they are very good. And like all other workouts, you can make these as easy or hard as you want to.

I just bought TJ Body Blast off the swap and previewed it today. It looks a lot like Cathe's drill 3 from DrillMax (i.e., ball workout), only it goes like that for the whole workout! I am really looking forward to trying this one out.

PS: What's odd to me is, it seems less "Turbo-Jamish" than her other workouts, but I don't think that's necessarily a negative thing, it's just a little different.

I have all of the Turbo Jam workouts. The ball series is my favorite thus far. The first 30 minutes of Kickin Core are in the tradition of the Cardio Parties. It is then followed by 12 minutes of core work. 6 minutes standing and 6 minutes on the ball. I LOVE it. The time flew by and I felt I got a really good workout. Total Body Blast is also great. It is a solid 60 minutes of total body circuit work. The format is short cardio, core work, leg work, and then back to cardio. The ball is used the whole time. I substituted a medicine ball for some of the leg work for a tougher workout. Holding the ball the whole time also gave me a nice toastee feeling in my arms. I have to admit that I am a little biased when it comes to Turbo Jam and Cathe workouts. You just can't lose with these in my opinion.

Oh man...I had sworn off Beachbody after the last fiasco with my credit card, but now I'm rethinking my decision, especially since they're having a sale on these new workouts. :D
