New to these boards...please help me pick a DVD!

This is my first time posting, although I have been lurking here for months. These message boards are a great source of information!
In the last 16 months I have lost almost 90 lbs doing Weight Watchers and exercising (first with the Firm, now mostly Cathe). I am not looking to lose any more weight, I mostly need to work on firming up my body. I only have enough $$$ right now to get one DVD. I am thinking either Bootcamp/Muscle Endurance or Power Hour/Maximum Intensity Strength/Body Max. Right now I have Pyramids(love it!), Muscle Max(love it!), and Pure Strength series(not my favorite).
Which one would you recommend I get next? I appreciate the help as so many of you who post on here seem quite knowledgeable!
Thank you!
Lori

Hi Lori and welcome to the forums.:) If PS is not your favorite series then I suggest you get the Bootcamp/ME dvd. PH/MIS/BM is great but it is Cathe's old style (more PS like than her newest workouts). If you're not a huge fan of PS then I think BCamp/ME is the way to go. I also wanted to say congratulations on your weight loss (90lbs!!! that is amazing!)

Hello and Congrats on your wt loss:D I agree with Rose and say get the Bootcamp/ME dvd!! I LOVE how they really work the whole body!! Bootcamp has some really good core work in it. PH is another good one that you may like to get in the future.

Take care, and hope you enjoy your new purchase:D

Hey Lori! It looks like we've followed the same path. I started WW a little over two years ago. I also started my fitness quest with the Firm, then found Cathe and love her too!! I have the BC/ME DVD and have done muscle endurance which I like. I haven't done BC yet but it is certainly a popular one on these boards. There is lots of help here. Good to have you on board and posting. Keep up the amazing work with your weight loss, just awesome!

Hey, me too! It's been a long time since I lost the 45 pounds, then my first year of law school has put another 4-5 pounds back on. I'm trying not to worry about it too much, since I've discovered Cathe and I'm sure she's going to whip me into shape! I don't know if you're looking for weight videos or cardio? What about circuits? I've got high step training advanced, which is pretty tough, and I just got high step challenge off ebay. That looks hard too!

Congrats and good luck!! Have fun with the search.

I second BC/ME. It is an awesome DVD. You'll have numerous possibilities for workouts, you shouldn't be bored.

I just ordered BC/ME based on what you all suggested. I'm sure I'll love it. Thanks so much for your help!
