Any suggestions for a more "beginning" Cathe rotation? I have been doing Cathe classics vol. 1 dvd step workouts for two months and want to start incorporating strength training also. I wouldn't call myself a "seasoned" excerciser, but I can finally get through the workouts and definitely want something challenging so that I can get to another level. I am planning on purchasing a few cathe dvds after hearing what people have to say about this. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks,April
