Hi..I am new to Cathe. I had just ordered the MM dvd and then before it arrived I fell off my motorcycle and really messed up my shoulder!! So, being the optimist that I am, I went out and bought my step and weights anyway and am patiently waiting for the shoulder to heal enough to use it! In the meantime, when I got my step it included the basic step and cardio and weights (circuit?) with it! So I started the basic and mastered it (pretty much) in a couple
of sessions. But the other one, cardio and weights, I feel completely uncoordinated and I am a pretty active person. Has anyone else taken a long time to master the step? I've done it twice and I can get through it endurance wise, but boy do I feel dorky! And I'm using five pound weights till my shoulder heals.
Does anyone have advice regarding step, and also I would like to add Kickmax next. Will that be hard on the shoulder also, should I wait?
Thanks!!
