New to Forum and have a question re: Dec Rotation

Hi Cathe,

I'm new to the forum but I've been working out with you for years. I think you are fantastic! When my local gym went out of business you became my favorite workout companion. Thank you for keeping me motivated! I followed your November Rotation with the new DVD's and let me just say " Whew, I'm tired :) " But I feel good! My question regarding the December Rotation is what workouts could I substitute for your Gym Style Series. I do not currently own it yet but I do have your Pyramid Series and Slow & Heavy. I would like to lean out my thighs and glutes but build up my upper body.
I'd appreciate any advice you could offer.

I think you could sub either. Do the exercises for like chest and tri or back, shoulders, bi. or legs...on the rotation days... They are just a slightly different type of weight w/o.
The dvd's have chapters . Do the specific w/o's and it should work.
You gotta get the GS eventually though.Awesome w/o's...

You can't go wrong and you will only get leaner and stronger(if you don't eat the frige)LOL......
