I'm new to the forum but I've been working out with you for years. I think you are fantastic! When my local gym went out of business you became my favorite workout companion. Thank you for keeping me motivated! I followed your November Rotation with the new DVD's and let me just say " Whew, I'm tired
" But I feel good! My question regarding the December Rotation is what workouts could I substitute for your Gym Style Series. I do not currently own it yet but I do have your Pyramid Series and Slow & Heavy. I would like to lean out my thighs and glutes but build up my upper body.
I'd appreciate any advice you could offer.
