New to Cathe

Hello

Can someone suggest a workout rotation with supersets & push and pull, and butts and guts, amd Low Max DVD's

I am new to Cathe and I really need some support and guidance. I only have 45min a day.

I have tried to do it on my own but need some advice. I'm not sure which ones to do when.

I don't have any help for you (I don't do rotations, unfortunately) but I wanted to say 'Welcome' and bump this back to page 1 where maybe someone will see it who can direct you.

Have to hunted around on the formus here, at all? I think there's a rotation area somewhere, or if you did a search I'm sure something would pop up that might help.

I'm so glad you found Cathe! I discovered her years ago and no matter what I do, I always find my way back to her...LOVE the workouts and her personality/cuing style :D
