New to Cathe

Hello everyone! I've just found Cathe on FitTv and online! I so enjoy her workouts and have been reading the topics in her forum, but I keep seeing this "rotation". Where can I find this and is this a monthly exercise routine? Also, what is a "Super Man"? I'm sure I'll have lots more to ask!!! Thanks for any help!

Hi, Cynthia. Welcome! If you scroll down the screen to the lower right, you'll see a pull down tab. Click Rotations & there you will see different rotations Cathe & others put together from her different workouts.

A superman is basically laying on your belly and lifting your arms & legs up. It helps strengthen your lower back muscles.

You are sooo right! What a welcome! This is just what I needed! I'm a beginning "empty nester" and really needed a dose of warm and fuzzy!

What workouts do you have? Take your time getting to know her & her style, so don't worry about jumping right into a full-scale rotation. However, if you are planning on buying her workouts, in the long run, it saves you money to buy in bulk.

I don't have ANY! I've been watching Cathe on FitTV and taping what I can. But, you're right...the bulk DVD's look like a good deal.
