hi everybody
im new to cathe but the more that i see on the clips she is the right teacher for me. anyway i want to buy 3 or 4 dvd's .im advance exer' but i have never done step/aerobic . so what do u recommand for a beginner in step. from what i saw i liked her AB HITS and CORE MAX which one of those 2 to choose.
glad to be here.:)

First, welcome to catheland. Now that you have found Cathe, you will probably get addicted. I would recommend the Basic Step/Body Fusion to start off with. If you can master that, then try Low Impact Step. Then the Classics and after that Cardio Hits. Rhythmic Step and Step Blast are her most intricate choreography. You could also try Interval Max which has more basic choreography than IMAX 2 or IMAX 3.

Glad to have you here.

Hi & welcome! I was a beginner myself just a short time ago. I started with Basic Step and Body Fusion. Basic Step will really help you get used to step aerobics. Body Fusion is a step circuit workout (and a good one!) After that, I would get Low Impact Step, which is a bit longer with a little more challenging choreography. After that, I got some of Cathe's older setp workouts because she breaks them down and repeats the moves more often in them.
Of the ab DVDs, I'd like to recommend Core Max just because I have the beginning of a six-pack after doing that one!

I stsrted out with lo max. I rewound alot but it comes.
Start out on a 4 in platform till you get the moves so you are not trippin on yourself.
Be patient . After you get it it will be oh how simple and i made it so hard.
Core max is the toughest. But, i like ab hits also...
I started out buying 1 series at a time. Gym style 1st, intensity, slow and heavy pyramids.
Watch , they are addicting. I should have just bought them all at 1st and saved money
