just received my first cathe video (max int strength) and im hooked!! Ive been using the firm but felt i needed more of a challenge. could anyone suggest some other cathe workouts and how i should rotate them.
im trying to lose of few pounds but mainly firm up. i usually work out 6 days a week.
thanks in advance

The entire intensity series is great, but I especially love the Pyramid Upper, Pyramid Lower and Muscle Endurance workouts. I also love Kick, Punch & Crunch (a kickboxing workout--no step and no weight work) from the Body Blast Series--I haven't tried too many of the workouts from this series, but I really like the ones I've tried. I also really like Slow & Heavy! I'm not good with rotations so I just kind of wing it. I came off of 1 and a half years with the Firm--my first Cathe workout was Pyramid Lower Body, and what a workout!

I do agree with Donna about the Pyramids. If you are interested in just strength workouts Slow & Heavy is good too, but very intense and requires alot of concentration. The CTX series is also good. Short aerobic sections and then weight sections. I also used the Firm and needed more of a challenge. Cathe fit the bill! I don't really follow a rotation, but usually so some cardio everyday and strength sessions of 2 upper body and 2 lower body, abs 3 times a week and whatever else I can fit in! Good luck...:)...Carole

I am also very new to Cathe. My first video was Cardio Kicks about 2 months ago. I did the Firm for a year and Cathe is such a welcome change. I just think she's great. I defintely agree about the Intensity Series but next I enjoy the Body Blast series too. I could not resist - I got both of them now and have also pre-ordered the ones she is filming now! You just can't go wrong with any of her workouts.

If you go to "rotations" on this site, you'll find a lot of good ones listed.

Have fun.:)

I agree with everyone above, Cathe is great. I love the pyramids. I have both the body blast and intensity series in the DVD and the CTX video will be hear soon.I am also thinking of ordering the dvd with
power hour, mis & body max as well I have heard nothing but good things about it as well. I have Mis on vhs, but I really enjoy it for an all over body work out, but I want it in DVD, the pictures are better and you can do so much more with the dvd.

Rach I love all the dvd's you mentioned.Well have a good day all.

I will be starting a 6 week rotation tomorrow, so I hope I can stick with it, there are so many good Cathe tapes, but they will always be here waiting for me. Keep up the good work everyone.

Debbie:) :D
