i have used firm tapes for a couple of years, i do a step class twice a week and i also do a circuit training class twice a week. i am new to cathe. what tape should i start out with? i am interested in toning.
Not Cathe...but my advice would be to go to the area of Cathe's website that shows all her workout videos and just close your eyes and point.
In other words, ANY and ALL of Cathe's workouts are AWESOME. You're more interested in toning, so I'd recommend something like the Gym Style workouts from her Hardcore series...or maybe the Pyramids.
There is a thread on the Video forum (I think) of this message board that rates all the workouts from easiest to hardest, and it breaks them out into categories (cardio, circuit, strength, etc.). This thread is stickied at the top of the forum, so it's very easy to find. Take a look at that to get a feel for the intensity level of the workouts. This should help you pick an appropriate workout - just stick to the strength category. The circuits might work for you, too.
