New to Cathe/ What to put on Xmas list!

Hi
I have just started doing Cathe's workouts this summer. A little background, I am 49.5 y/o and have lost 47 lbs in the last year on Weight Watchers. I have another 50 to go and am 5'6". I have come a long way from no exercise to doing weights walking and riding my bicycle in 15 to 20 miles a stint. During the summer I combined riding with Cathe's weight workouts on Fit TV. I must say I cant keep up with the All Step tape I do have so I am going to get the Body Fusion and am wondering what else to get.I do have to keep jumping to a minimum and also right now when I do lunges I am not using any weights. I do feel however that I need more cardio and athough I loved doing Leslie Sansone tapes etc in the beginning I need much more now. Thanks for any suggestions

I'd recommend the Kick Punch & Crunch/Legs & Glutes dvd...very versatile and not much jumping. For weight training the Pyramids or the Supersets/Push Pull dvd would be good. Some say the SS/PP dvd is a bit easy as is, but I find it great for days I'm short on time, plus with all the premixes you can definitely make this workout hard! Another fun one which can be modified to a "less jumping" version is Cardio&Weights.

Enjoy!

If you have done the cathe's workouts in fit tv you know the body blast series. I recommend this great series to you. Great workouts but less intense than the intensity series. Have fun.

I agree..I would recommend the Body Blast Series. There are a lot of premixes to create a workout according to your needs.
