I have primarily been using Cathe DVD's for cardio. I would like to try one of her weight DVD's. Am mostly interested in upper body work. I'm probably intermediate in my strength. What are your recommendations?

i am sure this is what several others are thinking. Pyramid Upper Body is a great upper body workout. most of the dvds also have premix options so even if you say ordered muscle endurance/boot camp dvd you can still get a premix for just upper body. or you can do spilts on upper body work and go with the gym styles, pure strength, or slow and heavy series.

I feel obligated to point out that it will be important for strength gains for you to work your lower body with weights as well. (Using the larger muscles of the body like the quads stimulates growth all over.)

I suspect most people will recommend either the Gym Styles or the Pyramids to you, and these are both awesome series, but my fave weight workouts are S&H. I prefer a slower pace for weight training and you can really go heavy on the weight for max gains.

Whatever you go with, you can't really go wrong with Cathe!

Good luck,
Marie

Another vote for Pyramids. One of the nice things about the upper body workout is that it only uses dumbells, no barbell. It is a great workout!
