I have been doing aerobics for the last 2 months at work and have absolutley loved it. I haven't lost any pounds but have lost inches. I am trying to lose weight and to tone my body - not bulk it up.
I will be going back to graduate school in the fall and would like to continue to my aerobics work out.
If any one would suggest several videos it would be greatly appreciated. I like high intensity workouts but not to much difficulty in coordination.
