Hello, I first saw Cathe on FitTV and love her workouts. I am an avid runner and lifter. I am very fit and toned, but want to really work on compacting my muscle and become more defined. I usually lift pretty heavy, and am considering more of an endurance workout to help with definition. I have really nice arms, but I feel they are too big...I want the muscle more compact. What do you think? Any suggestions on one of Cathe's workouts that might fit the bill? I don't like the cuts they have on FitTV and want to buy my own DVD so I get the benefit of the full workout. What should I try? THanks for any help and advise for my situation! JEnny
