New to Cathe, need a rotation suggestion for the Body B...

Hi everyone,

I am new to Cathe, a former Firmie for the past 3 years, and getting bored with it. I just bought the Body Blast Series with the Timesaver DVD and would appreciate any suggestions on a rotation for that. Those are the only Cathe DVDs that I own, I thought it would be a good starting point, I will add too later. I am 5'5", 120 lbs, I would consider myself an interm./advanc. exerciser. I don't want to lose any weight, I want to maintain my weight and increase muscle tone and definition in my upper arms, thighs, and butt and also my core. I would love to hear any ideas any of you may have! Thanks!

Hi Cindy,

Welcome to the forum. Go up to the rotations thread that is pinned at the top and click on the Dec '03 rotation for the Body Blast Series. This was posted by Cathe after the series came out.
