New tapes

I do all three of the P.S. tapes together in order to get a really effective total body workout on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays....I fast forward through the instructional parts to cut down on the
time required to go through them all. In the future, why don't you put an instructional section in the beginning of the tape (prior to warm-up) so that those of us who know the correct form can move on.
I do interval training on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday and use "Interval Max" for one of those days. I would love to see you make another one
Cathe, similar to that but with different moves for variety and perhaps increased intensity.
