I bought a new pair of aerobic shoes. My question is: Can new shoes effect your leg workout differently? I mean, I did Firm's Standing Legs and it seems like I felt it differently. Could it have been the new shoes?
I definitely think that your shoes can make a W/O feel different. (especially if your old shoes are broken down) I think that new shoes will give you more stability and support which can help your form, not to mention the nice "cushiony" feel. I always feel GOOD
yes! I have 4 pairs of shoes for different workouts; old ones get "retired" to grocery shopping and then to the garden. Shoes make a world of difference in how my legs, shins, and feet feel.
