The new series sounds great - I am currently enjoying The Intensities and CTX, both new to me.
I have two questions about the new series:
1. Will the stretches be held for longer than in past workouts? I am hoping for the stretches to be held for around 20 seconds/counts - I've read that holding a stretch for less than 20 to 30 seconds is really not going to be very beneficial; more specifically, that the difference between holding for 10 and holding for 20 is very great) -- is this true? If so, I'd love to see fewer stretches that are held longer. I also like the suggestion that someone made for a long, stand-alone stretch routine with stretches held for a long time. I am always game for effective stretching routines where I don't have to do the counting
2. For supersets...I love the pyramids and would like to know if it is best to pyramid up or down on a superset (I'd rather have sculpting gains than strength gains) or to switch between up & down from one workout to the next.
Thanks!
