Hi Cathe:
I know you are extremely busy, but I was hoping you could answer this for me. My main goal at this point is to lose 15-20 pounds. I was wondering if your new Body Blast Series targets this or is it more of a strength training series? I realize that I need to do both cardio and weight training to lose weight, but just wondering if the new series was geared more towards one or the other.
