Hey there!
So this morning I did Couch to 5K again, Week 3, workout 3 (mistakenly- I realized halfway through that I had intended to do a HIIT run this morning!) It was good and I am doing better on the three minute intervals, being only three-quarters of the way to dying by the end of each one instead of actually dead. I did it twice. I am hoping that if I do the early workouts in the series twice in each workout, I will be able to handle the later, harder workouts better when I get there.
Today I go back and face the music at work. It could be disastrous, but what's done is done and I'll just have to deal with whatever the consequences are.
