New Pump?

Ok, so I got a new stability ball a few months back. I went to fill it up more the other day only to notice that the cheap pump that they give you to blow it up broke! I do not want to buy a whole new stability ball. Are there pumps out there that are inexpensive that I could buy seperately? It's so cold here in Minnesota right now that I'm not going to go out and look around. I Thought I would ask you guys and gals first and see if you have any suggestions.

Thanks!

Hi Kathy!

This is the pump I have and it comes with three different nozzels for different size stability balls. It works GREAT! Couldn't believe the difference in this pump and my last one. I will call the Fitness Wholesale and see if they have any on the discount table for you if you are interested??? Just let me know. http://www.fwonline.com/fbqap.htm

Me again!

I just called and they do NOT have any on the clearance table at this point but she said they would let me know if one comes up. Sooo, it would cost you $19.95 plus S/H depending on where you live if you want one that is not clearanced. Jean (at FW) said they have another pump that works great, is much cheaper ($7.45+S/H) but it takes just a lil' longer to blow up the balls. Here is the link for it: http://www.fwonline.com/blaster.htm Just let me know if you are interested or you can call their toll free number:1-888-FW-ORDER

RE: Me again!

Before I purchased my stability ball, I did a search on this forum to read everyone’s comments. On one thread someone said they went to a gas station air pump. I know... it's cold out now, believe me, I had to put air in one of my tires 2 weeks ago, but it may save you some time and a few bucks. I haven’t tried this method, so I really cant say for sure how easy it is. Just a suggestion.

RE: Me again!

Thank you! I will check out that website Debbie.
I don't htink that I can go to a gas station and fill it up, it's a different kind of nozzle. But there may be some that you can do that with. So, thank you Susan for the suggestion. Oh, plus, right now it's I believe -22 degress outside, brrrrr. So, even if I thought it would work, I'd probably wait until sunday or later to give it a try. Yup, I'm a wus that lives in Minnesota, go figure! I was born here, now I have a life here, and so I won't be leaving. But that thought has crossed my mind sometimes. Usually in the winter!
