New Powerstrike dvd's!!!!

HI Everyone,
I was just on Ilaria's new Powerstrike website and there is going to be a new powerstrike workout. There will be other new workouts as well. Check out her new website. Ilaria's body is just to die for. My goodness she is super fit!!! Anyways for powestrike junkies like myself this is good news.

Hi Kris,

I've never heard of Powerstrike, I looked it up on Amazon, but not many reviews on the kickbox dvd, would you mind providing some details/opinions on her videos? Right now, kickbox videos (kpc and turbo jam) are my main cardio, so always looking to add something new.

I have Powerstrike Millineum 1 & 2 on VHS and can no longer do them b/c I don't have VHS player anymore She looks even more fit now than in these videos! WOW

Please post back with your reviews if you get the new DVD's.

I will let everyone know as soon as I get them I think the pre-sale is starting at the end of August so who knows how long it will take. I agree her workouts are hard to get but worth it.

powerstrike 1 and 2 are only on vhs and are no longer available. i am going to order powerstrike 3 on dvd. powerstrike 1 &2 are my favorite kb workouts.cathes kb is hi/lo and kb.powerstrike is totally kb whichb is why i like it more

I decided to try this out for myself and bought PowerStrike Kickboxing DVD with Ilaria Montagnani on Amazon, they only sell this one, and one called Forza with cardio style sword training (which looks kind of fun, and i might try it out if I like this one)
