I'm so excited. I originally subscribed to just Cathelive, but today I cancelled and upgraded to the full package. I cannot wait to use the workout blender. I've done myself a new Leg Bonanza Mix 1 for tomorrow.

Warm up and first set of leg press from 'legs and glutes'
The whole of leaner legs from the cross train series.
Finally the stability/floor portion of Pyramid Lower Body.
Finally stretch from Pyramid lower body.

Tomorrow my legs are going to be fried lol.
