Hi All,
Today was my first post EVER on a website! I responded to Murph's Injured Athlete thread. :-. Very shy...
I have been reading some of your topics and I am in awe of your knowledge about fitness. Wow! I'm grateful to Cathe, not only for her dedication to fitness and her excellent videos (since starting using her videos in March, I'm finally trimming off those abominable abs)but also because this is a wonderful website. I've learned so much from all of you in such a short time. I won't be able to contribute much if anything to this forum but I know I will learn from your input.
.
My question on Murph's thread was; have any of you ever experienced an injured pectoral muscle due to too heavy of a weight and if so, did you still continue to do your cardio aerobics or rested completly?
I've been exercising 6-7 days a week since 1989, I've had injured hamstrings, calves, ankles over the years, but this is a first for the pecs..lol
Like you, I'm looking forward to Cathe's new videos.
Yours in fitness
Wanda
