Just got this new DVD. Loved it!!! It's broken into 4 sections: core conditioning, lower body stretch, upper body stretch, hips and buttocks stretch. You can do each section individually or all four as one workout. The whole thing is only 45 minutes. The stretches in it are amazing - very yoga based, but several stretches I've never done before. Loved every minute of it. My only complaint would be that it ends up feeling too short - I would have loved to have held some of those stretches much longer. I recommend it highly as an addition to your stretching library!
