Hi everybody! I've had a very nice e-mail exchange with Beatrix, owner of BlueFish in Miami, from where Cathe and crew got the cute tops in Step Blast and Step, Jump & Pump. Wanted to update you all.
I expressed to Beatrix the concerns that several of us on the Forums had mentioned -- that there's a big restocking fee for returns and that there are no refunds. I told her about our Forums and suggested to her that she might want to reconsider her return/refund policies for our group. (I also sent her links to the pictures that SNM has posted of BlueFish merchandise -- needless to say, the folks at BlueFish were thrilled!)
Here's what Beatrix said:
"Thank you for your help and suggestions, Kathy. I am in the process of changing my website and updating it. There will be a lot of changes. I just started selling online (for personal sales recently) The terms and conditions that you see on the site is for Wholesale purposes. Thank you for mentioning that. Just to inform you I have no problem in refunding the merchandise. (I am in the process of adding that to the website) I totally understand everyones concern. Most of the people that have placed a personal order through the website, we have contacted them to make sure about the sizing, and explained that they can return the item if they do not like it. We are very flexible."
I also found out that the tops that Cathe and crew wore are available for purchase, but Cathe's top is in low supply (hence the fact that it's been removed from the online purchasing.)
For more info on availability, sizing, fabric content, placing an order, making a return and getting a refund if necessary, call Fabiana at BlueFish at 305-267-9494 ext. 221. She can actually take your order over the phone.
