Hello everyone...I am new here on the boards...relatively new to Cathe, but I am hooked.

I was 211 pounds January of 2005, and am currently sitting at 163, and I need something to take me down the home stretch, and Cathe is it!

So my question is probably silly, but can someone explain the groups etc? I'd really like to post, but kind of haven't figured it out...course it is tax season and I am a CPA, so my time to browse the boards is kind of limited at the moment!

Hi Deb and welcome!! Congrats on your wt loss!! In the check in session you have several groups with similar goals or likes. The Cheetas are runners, the Haters- hate cardio but do it (actually many of them like it), Chinners are working on chinups, P90Xers are doing P90X rotation. Just read a few of the check ins and decide where you might want to jump in. New members are always welcome. Many are part of more than one check in. In the open forum you can just talk about anything (well, within reason). Ask Cathe is just that, a place to ask Cathe questions. She answers when she can.
