Im new here but watch Cathe all the time. I decided to do something other than sit on my coach. I want to change my body and become healthy. I have a family history of Heart disease, Diabetes, Stroke Breast cancer. So I really want to get motivated and become healthier. Can someone tell me what dvd are best for beginners. I dont need to lose weight but I would like to become Tone, and build more muscle. Your suggestions are greatly apperciated
