Hello everyone,

Im new here but watch Cathe all the time. I decided to do something other than sit on my coach. I want to change my body and become healthy. I have a family history of Heart disease, Diabetes, Stroke Breast cancer. So I really want to get motivated and become healthier. Can someone tell me what dvd are best for beginners. I dont need to lose weight but I would like to become Tone, and build more muscle. Your suggestions are greatly apperciated:D

Obviously not Cathe here... but to start with, you would want Cathe's Basic Step/Body Fusion, then work your way up to Low Impact Step/Total Body Sculpting, and Cardio and Weights. If you are wanting to get fit and buff, IMO you've come to the right place. Welcome to the forum and check in with us on the Daily Check-In on the Check-Ins and Callenges forum and let us know what workouts you are doing and how you are progressing.
