New fitness plan suggestions

Hi, I just joined a new gym and am going to try a new plan and would appreciate ANY suggestions. I need to lose about 5-7lbs and tone up more. I know my diet is to fault, but I first want to establish a sound workout program.

Mon- spinning; chest/shoulders/tris
Tues- rest
Wed- spinning or cardio class; back/bis
Thurs- spinning; legs
Fri- yoga
Sat- Cathe step tape
Sun- rest

The weight workouts include 2-3 exercises per bodypart (12-15 reps, 2-3 sets), and abs. The spinning/cardio classes are about 1 hour.

Hi there,

I would switch the yoga to Saturday (if you can), because you will probably want to give your legs time to rest before you do yoga. I weight train Tues-Thurs then do power yoga on Saturday.
If the class is offered on Friday and you can't change your yoga schedule then I would weight train Mon-Wed. instead!
