New Fitness Book FYI

I was browsing amazon.com today and came across a new fitness book that's supposed to be out in Jan. 2003 called (I cant remember the exact title) Power of 10: The Slow Motion Fitness Revolution or something like that and it shows a woman doing bicep curls on the front. It doesnt have any more detail than that, but it looks to be about the benefits of lifting "Slow & Heavy".
