I started my fitness journey last March doing Weight Watchers and The Firm. As of Jan. 2006 I am 50 pounds lighter and several dress sizes smaller. As my fitness level grew from barely being able to do leg presses to doing them with 15 pound hand weights and staying within my training HR zone! As my fitness level grew, i began to outgrow The Firm. I stumbled on one of your workouts on Fittv, Muscle Endurance, so I recorded it and attempted it and all i could say was, "WOW this is what i was looking for!!" In Feb. this year I came into some money and bought every DVD i could get of yours!!! My library is complete, i am just waiting for your new workouts to come out. I am a HUGE fan of Imax2, i can't tell you how great it felt to do that workout all the way through!!
SOOO, last but not least...here is my question: Even though I can see results I still have, i guess you could say, extra skin covering the muscle i have built. I am 34 years old, weigh 139, am 5'5" and have 5 kids, so my body has gone through major changes, I know i will never look like i did at 18, but I would like to be able to wear a short sleeve short and point at something without my arm waving at everyone-LOL! Could you suggest a rotation of yours that can help me get rid of this extra flab, plus build lean muscle? It is easier for me to follow a rotation when my workouts are planned for me, I am not very good at putting rotations together, cuz i always grab Imax2 or Low Max.
Any help, suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! On days when i think, why bother my body is never going to change....i think of the inspiring things you say and it keeps me going. Thank you for your dedication and amazing workouts!!! You are the QUEEN of fitness in my book!!!
