I'll give it a shot.
HiiT is, of course, entirely HiiT. It has 3 half-hour workouts, 30/30, 40/20, and Pyramid.
Intensity has a 30-minute step section followed by two HiiT sections (one high and one low impact). You will still get a great workout by doing only the step section if you want to avoid the HiiT.
The other workouts you listed are not HiiT in the purest sense. Afterburn, Athletic Training, Cardio Supersets, and Cardio Core Circuit are very intense interval-style workouts, but they don't have strictly timed periods of work and rest like the official HiiT workouts. They're all exhausting (in my opinion), but the intensity varies a bit more throughout the workouts than it does in the HiiT workouts.
Circuit Blast also follows an interval format, but I think it is not nearly as intense as Afteburn or CCC. I would not consider it even close to HiiT.
I don't have my new workouts yet, but I have heard they do contain some HiiT and Tabata (which is a type of HiiT) sections.
Defining some of these workouts feels like splitting hairs. What is it exactly that you want to avoid about HiiT workouts? If you're worried about overdoing it by trying too many really intense workouts in a week, break it up with steady-state workouts like step, or boot camp style workouts such as Circuit Blast or Drill Max.
