New DVD's for collection

Hi Everyone,
I have S&H, Ab Hits, Total Body Stretching, Basic Step and Body Fusion. I'm not a fan of Step moves either. So far, I seem to enjoy the strength training. I've been checking out Butt and Guts and Gym Style Legs...Any thoughts...?
 
Pyramid Upper Body & Pyramid Lower Body are effective. For a change of pace, you might like Supersets and Push & Pull. Do you want higher reps or heavier weights? If you want endurance, you could go for Muscle Max or Muscle Endurance. Muscle Endurance comes with Boot Camp, which is circuit-style with no stepping.

Thanks for responding. I think I have to lean toward higher reps only because I have a lingering back injury that seems to get more irritated lately with my golf game (weekend warrior). But I'm hoping as I develop more that this will help me. Thanks again and have a Happy New Year! :)
