New DVD STS total body (phase 4)

Is it just me, or did anyone else feel their triceps were left out in this weight dvd? I mean, there were dips and there were some triceps push ups and then, the triceps were involved in some of the other weight segments by default, but I feel they were left out. Is this just me? Other than that, the DVD was OK. I liked the format.
 
She purposely left out alot of specific sets of exercises that focus on isolation exercises, ie. those for pure biceps and triceps and concentrated more on compound exercises that work the isolation muscles along with it. I actually love this workout for that very reason! The endless reps/sets start to bore me after awhile. I've been doing this workout once a week and I'm seeing great results!

Thanks, Stacy. I am glad you are seeing results. I remember she talked about concentrating on more compound exercises and less on isolation exercises. I do like the workout and because of the format and the number of reps, I find I can definitely push myself to go as heavy as I can.
 
I can't wait to do this workout! But yes when I was previewing I thought the triceps were short changed. I guess I'll see though when I actually do the workout.
