Hi! Does anyone know how long the new Max workout DVDs are? How about the Gym Style? I love PH, ME, and PS--are these the equivalent type workouts? I'm excited for the new DVDs! Thanks for your help.
Hi!! I think the Gym Style will be more like PS and S&H. PH and ME are endurance type of lifting with more reps lighter weights and PS is Strength with lower reps heavier weights. I can't answer the length as I do not know that so I hope Cathe will reply to this HTH
I think it will be difficult for Cathe to answer questions about the length until filming is complete. Even though she has a general idea in mind of how long she expects each to be, until filming and editing are complete, there are too many variables. Plus, just think of how many times Cathe has thrown in a few extra reps "just for fun." I'm sure there are many more "inspirations of the moment," that we never even know about.
