NEW DVD DIRECTIONS

How do the chapters and pre-mixes work. Right now I am not doing cardio just strenght training. Can you break it down to one body part or do you have to e.g do biceps with triceps. Am I making any sense?
 
If you choose a chapter the DVD will begin at that point in the workout and continue on to the end. If you use mix and max the DVD will do that section then come back to the mix and match menu for you to choose another exercise. So you definitely don't have to do biceps with triceps but can hunt and peck around for which parts you want to do. Hope that helps.
