NEW CATHE ROTATION!!! STARTS SUNDAY

Hi,

My husband graciously helped me devise a Cathe rotation using her new 8 pack. I will also be doing additional yoga/pilates toning in the evening to lengthen and increase flexibility. (Plus I heard that stretching enhances muscle building) It is a 6 week rotation. If anyone is interested, you can email me at [email protected] and I can mail you a copy of it. Then you can "tweak" it to your needs and print yourself out a copy. I am starting tomorrow, 9/10/2000. I am hoping to lose inches and 8-10 pounds in the 6 weeks time. I will keep everyone posted on the results as hubby has measured me and will do so again at the end of the rotation. I already have one fitness buddy following it with me--anyone else interested??? Thanks everyone! P.S. This is my 1st post to this forum. I have been reading it for awhile and thought I would share the rotation.

Yours is a familiar name from the VF exchange and the Firm forum! I'd love to see your rotation and will e-mail you. I am LOVING the CTX series, I was definitely ready for a change of pace for fall.

Welcome Denise!!

I'm going into my 2nd week on my CXT rotation. So far, I loving these workouts!! I goal are similar to yours. I'm wanting to lose 5lbs, lose inches, and build more muscle!! I'm thinking the change might do it for me. I'm only doing my rotation for 4 weeks, would it be better to go 6-8 weeks for this?

Thanks for all the wonderful encouraging words. I feel like family already!! Aimee, I think a rotation of 4-6 weeks is great. 8 weeks may be too long. (I am no expert, just my personal opinion) This way you can "shock" your muscles and cardiovascular state by constantly changing the routine. I am going to "try" and use the same weight Cathe is using in the CXT series. (so basically pretty heavy this rotation) I will keep everyone posted on my progress. After my last 6 week rotation my hubby and I made up (just completed yesterday)I have lost 10 1/2 inches all over. I am very pleased with that even though the scale didn't go up or down. But we are "an educated crowd" and I know I have gained BEAUTIFUL MUSCLE!!! Yippee! Thanks again everyone for being so kind.
